Price:

$450 security deposit is due upon signing a rental agreement. The entire amount is refunded to you after your rental agreement is terminated and no damages are assessed.

Effective May 1, 2020, the month-to-month room rate is $21 per day, with the entire month's rent due on the first day of each month for that month's rent.  Partial months, based upon your move-in and move-out dates, are prorated at the same daily rate.
