Here is the tenant screening process.
1. You, the renter, provide Mark Bruemmer Inc., the landlord, with your email address.
2. The landlord, via the MySmartMove.com website initiates the Tenant Screening Application Request, which is sent to your email address.
3. After you complete the application, you will pay a one-time fee via your credit/debit card for the TransUnion application screening service.
4. You then receive these reports
. Identity Report
. Credit Report
. Income Insights Report
. Criminal Report
. Evictions Report
which provide you and the landlord information regarding your identity and ability to pay your monthly rent.
5. You will receive a receipt for the TransUnion SmartMove Tenant Screening Application service.
6. If the landlord approves your application, then forward your TransUnion SmartMove Tenant Screening Application service receipt, which was emailed to you, to the landlord's email address and the landlord will reimburse your application fee via the eXcesS Capacity marketplace.
