• Phone jack (Occupant pays separately for phone service)
• Full Bathroom with tub and shower (shared with one other person occupying the Dorm Room)
• Smoke alarms in every room
• Utilities (electricity, gas, trash pick up and water) are all included
• Commercial grade washer and dryer
• High speed 100 mbps wireless internet (WiFi) access is included

Furnishings:

• Queen size frame, box spring and new Serta Fairmont Firm Eurotop Queen mattress.
• One computer workstation desk with CPU storage area
• One cushioned office desk chair
• One Westinghouse color monitor with remote control
• One chest of drawers
• One high backed wooden chair

The following linens and bedding accessories are included:

Price:

$450 security deposit is due upon signing a rental agreement. The entire amount is refunded to you after your rental agreement is terminated and no damages are assessed.

Effective April 1, 2022, the month-to-month room rate is $20 per day, with the entire month's rent due on the first day of each month for that month's rent.  Partial months, based upon your move-in and move-out dates, are prorated at the same daily rate.

Terms:

Rent is month-to-month with at least 2 weeks advance notice prior to vacating greatly appreciated.
