2 Driveway Parking Spaces (Left and Right)

In front of the house is a concrete driveway parking pad which accommodates 2 vehicles.  

• The parking space on the left side of the driveway, as viewed when standing in the Naples Ave cul-de-sac facing the front of the house, and closest to the front door is 10 feet wide by 20 feet long.  This parking space is reserved for the occupant(s) of the Master Bedroom Suite.  This parking space is included in the Master Bedroom Suite monthly room rent.  No separate Parking Space Lease (Left Side) yet exists.   

• The parking space on the right side of the driveway, as viewed when standing in the Naples Ave cul-de-sac facing the front of the house, and closest to the neighbor's driveway at 235 Naples Ave is 10 feet wide by 20 feet long.  This parking space is available after 01/21/26 for month-to-month lease via the eXcesS Capacity marketplace.  Click here for the Parking Space Lease (Right Side) listing link.

General Parking Rules

The developer of Parkside Cottages community, who owns the private Naples Avenue cul-de-sac, requests no street parking on Naples Avenue, on the South side of the house. Towing is enforced! :(

Vehicles which cannot be accommodated by the driveway pad, may park their vehicle on the lower level only of the American Legion parking lot nearby.
